- Uploading or transmitting viruses or any other type of malicious code
Property Visit Booking Terms
Booking Requirements
- All bookings must be made through our official website
- Valid contact information (name, email, phone) is required
- Bookings are subject to availability and approval
- Visits are scheduled during business hours (9 AM - 5 PM)
- Advance booking is recommended but not always required
Cancellation Policy
- Visitors may cancel or reschedule visits with 24 hours notice
- Same-day cancellations may be subject to restrictions
- No-show visits may result in restrictions on future bookings
- Savannah Creek reserves the right to cancel visits due to security or operational reasons
QR Code Usage
- QR codes are unique to each booking and visitor
- Codes are valid only for the scheduled visit date and time
- QR codes may not be shared, copied, or transferred
- Security personnel will verify QR codes at property entrance
User Responsibilities
Accurate Information
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when:
- Making booking requests
- Submitting contact forms
- Communicating with our staff
- Providing identification when required
Property Access
When visiting our properties, you agree to:
- Follow all security procedures and instructions
- Respect property boundaries and restricted areas
- Be accompanied by authorized personnel when required
- Not interfere with ongoing construction or operations
- Report any safety concerns immediately
Intellectual Property Rights
The Savannah Creek website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Savannah Creek and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
